4. Payment Terms and Billing

Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change with thirty (30) days notice. Additional fees may apply for premium features, excess resource usage, or specialized support services.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on our hosting services. Gaming rental services are generally non-refundable due to their immediate consumption nature, except in cases of service unavailability exceeding our Service Level Agreement.

5. Service Level Agreement and Uptime

Soho&Qee is committed to providing reliable hosting and gaming rental services with industry-leading uptime performance. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services and 99.5% uptime for gaming rental services, calculated on a monthly basis.

In the event that we fail to meet these uptime commitments, eligible customers may receive service credits as compensation. Planned maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our reasonable control are excluded from uptime calculations.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously and implement robust security measures to protect your information and hosted content. Our data centers in Singapore comply with international security standards and regulations.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our hosting services. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

Regular backups are performed for hosting services, though we recommend maintaining your own backup copies of critical data. Gaming rental services may have limited backup retention periods depending on the service tier.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our hosting platform, gaming rental infrastructure, website, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Soho&Qee. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload or host using our services, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soho&Qee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our hosting or gaming rental services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice. You may cancel your hosting or gaming rental services through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make required payments. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and data may be deleted according to our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation conducted in Singapore.
